Tip 1: Give Yourself Time!

But, they also care for you so you better have some supportive talk and let them know what is going on with you both physically and mentally. This is essential as it releases the tension that is created with this process and sharing helps ease the tension and helps a lot in the journey.
Tip 4: Eat a Balanced Diet!
What you eat, you become. As for the pregnancy part, what you are eating right now affects how your baby is going to be physically. My advice is that you eat plenty of food and fruits and consider avoiding alcoholic drinks and junk foods. Eating healthy will ensure that your baby will become beautiful and healthy. Tip 5: Become Lazy, Sleep A lot!
